The shape of the building is defined by the approach routes of aircraft flying to Schiphol airport. Very large floor areas and optimum flexibility, facilitate communication and interaction between colleagues. Great location close to World Heritage site Geniedijk. Extremely compact building envelope, with internal gardens and atria. Energy production on site with solar panels and heat pump. Due to the crisis the project was shelved.
