Transit architecture

Syb van Breda & Co architects is active in the overlapping fields of architecture, sustainability and infrastructure. Since 2009 we specialize in the integrated design of bridges, tunnels and special objects, usually in complex circumstances. We are at our best in assignments where the interests of many users are brought together with those of landscape and ecology, costs and lifespan, form and function. Our method works optimal in design processes with room for critical and fresh perspectives. We always test the given data of our clients and why they have been chosen. We propose improvements wherever possible, always based on careful research and facts. We work in a practical, technically oriented and accurate manner. Our greatest added value in projects is the integrated view. We are true generalists. Thanks to our many years of experience we have in-depth knowledge and expertise of the working areas of all partners in the design and construction process, from client to contractor. We bundle this knowledge together enabling us to create powerful and original transit architecture.

Syb van Breda & Co architects is a multi national, academically trained team. From our fine office in the center of Leiden, we are working on inspiring projects, with partners from home and abroad and supported by state of the art hard- and software. Our team has a healthy mix of experience and youthful enthusiasm, permanent and temporary employees.
