Parallel structure Motorway A12

Water-, rail- and motorways cross each other here in various landscapes such as polder, city, river, future parks and large infrastructure. In this palette we have strived for a distinctive image for the parallel structure. The connections to the A12 are designed as “green-blue entries”. Park like polderworlds with grass, water(retention), reed and forest. The road will have a natural character with green shoulders and hedges. The structural works will be designed as a family. In this way the apparently fragmented landscape will be organized again.
