The N211c is constructed as utterly energy sufficient and innovative road. This is visualized for the users, by placing a landmark in the centre of the plan, the Ring. With the dynamic led light around, the production intensity of wind and solar energy is shown real time in four different colors. The energy is generated along the road of the N211c. In an upright line are situated, a row of light posts with solar cells and a row of urban wind mills. These emphasize the straight line of the road and canal.
