A bridge with an inspiring, poetic profile: two pylon legs joined in a frozen dance high in the air, lifting the deck over the water in one magnificent sweep, the gigantism of 12 lanes and metro alleviated into a gentle floating ribbon. The transparent bridge and solid opera house form a striking silhouette, befitting the happy mix of east and west, with open doors and open minds, the quintessence of Dubai.
